A message from Don Fruin, Founder and President of Fruin and Associates

When I started Fruin and Associates in 2003, I had one thought in mind, "do what is right for the customer." I have a very strong belief in customer service and felt that the insurance business had lost the most important part of what it is all about - SERVICE.

My start in insurance in 1972 was on what was called a "debt service area." This meant that I called on each customer weekly or monthly to receive their premiums. I was "the insurance man" and people would rely on me to help meet their insurance needs.

Over the years people have became better informed about the types of insurance available, but not how to use them to their best interests. Today the need for personal service is more important then ever before. That's what we at Fruin and Associates provide - personal service.
